I see life as connected — where faith, wellbeing, space, and purpose all flow together. I care deeply about people and how they live, work, and grow. My journey has taken me through single parenting, leadership, design, strategy, grief, healing, and building things from scratch — so I don’t teach theory; I share what I live.
I value clarity, alignment, integrity, and rest — and I bring that into everything I help others build, whether it’s a home, a habit, or a business.
